Darrah Hall

Darrah Hall is the Special Assistant for the Legal Progress team at the Center for American Progress. Prior to joining CAP, Darrah advocated for child welfare reform as an intern with the Senate Finance Committee and the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute.
